Trevecom provides online reservation services. We act as an intermediary (agent) between customers wanting to make classes and sessions reservations. This type of business model is also known as an ‘agency model’.
It’s important to remember that the agreement is made directly between you and the customer. That way, you have full control over your rates and availability, and can offer customers more transparency on your instructions, policies and overall offering.
We don't add anything to your prices. Unlike other platforms that charge guests extra fees, the price you set is the price we display on Trevecom site. And you only pay if we generate business for you – there are no added sign-up or listing costs or monthly subscriptions.

Verified customers reviews
We have a dedicated team that verifies customers reviews to make sure they’re legitimate. These trustworthy reviews add to your credibility and influence other potential guests to choose your property. Reviews also provide insights that can help you improve your customers’ experience. You will be graded according to your clients’ ratings and reviews on our website/social media or application, so excellent services from staff, property, location and service is paramount. It is important to remind your clients to give you sincere rating to know how impressive they are about your services and that will help you to know what is working well for you and what needs to be improved to impress.
How does payment work between us?
Trevecom works with a commission-based model, which means you pay us a set percentage of each reservation made through our website. Info on the exact commission you pay is shown at the “Agreement” stage of the registration process.
Trevecom commission standard rate is 15% and can vary depending on your special needs. We take commission only for the people who booked through our platform and we do not surpass the percentage we agreed on.
We make deposits on weekly, fortnight and monthly basis. Work calendar is Sunday to Sunday for weekly and fortnight plans and payments are on Thursdays. You can download your statements on Service provider’s portal.

You register on our website. Create a business profile
Business name/property name, physical address/location, upload photos of services and prices
We prefer actual photos to give more personalised touch and identity for your business. Stock photos do not not go well with many consumers.
We expect our employees, customers and partners to treat each other with respect. We do not tolerate any form of harassment, discrimination, hate speech, manipulation, physical violence or any other threatening or abusive behaviour.
At Trevecom, we expect our partners and customers to conduct business via our platform in an honest and professional manner, to not misrepresent themselves in any way and to respect agreements that are made with each other- integrity.
Trevecom does not tolerate theft, vandalism, criminal activity or extortion. Any kind of illegal or dangerous activity may lead to having your account and/or property blocked.
At Trevecom, the physical safety of our customers, partners and employees is our priority. Please do not engage in or promote any activities that could bring harm to any other person or that could be classified as cruelty.
Terms and Conditions
The customer pays the reservation rate to you for service, or earlier in the case of a non-refundable booking. You have an agreement with Trevecom for using the online reservation platform and you have to pay Trevecom a set commission amount on all confirmed bookings, non-refundable reservations and partially refundable reservations made on our platform. Each month, you receive an detailed invoice includinng our commission.
Note: When a customer makes a booking through the Trevecom platform, their reservation is confirmed immediately. It’s generally not possible to reject a reservation, except for certain situations.
We create a profile, you give us accurate pictures and information (business name, location, contact number, staff names, services and accompanying documents) to add. In case of freelancers and mobile service provider we need your certified ID copy, proof of residence, your bank account number
Our endorsed clients are independent contractors because they have virtually complete control of their work schedule and locations. They are free to do what they want with their businesses; we just offer them significant entrepreneurial opportunity to grow and a chance for their businesses to engage with Trevecom holdings community.
Your clients will give a review and rating stars that will determine your work according to your clients. Profile with continuous low rating will be deactivated.
While using or providing services on Trevecom, be mindful of other people's personal space, and respect their privacy and their belongings.
Trevecom does not condone any partners or affiliates using the personal data of others in breach of our agreement and/or applicable laws.
Safety and security: We use personal data to help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our services and users. Service provider must produce all the required documents before the account is activated to go live and extended verification and processing may occur if the provided information does not match.
Privacy: we are committed to providing the best user experience for everybody who uses our services. That means that we take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting and safeguarding your privacy in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Statement and applicable laws.
Keeping your data safe and secure is important to us. Trevecom therefore protects your personal data and card information in line with applicable laws, including the GDPR and the data security standards of the Payment Card Industry.
