Cancellation and no-show policy

Tutoring cancellation policy- depends on a tutor policy and they differ from person to person. Trevecom advises our clients to give 48-24 hours free cancellation prior to service time and some give up to 12 hours free cancellation. Always check cancellation options because some bookings are flexible and some are not, particularly promotions and personalized deals. For late cancellation charges will occur and for no-show there will be no refund, 100% fee will be charged. For late cancellation due to emergency, you will be required to provide proof of emergency for 100% refund. If you do not cancel/no-show cash payment option will be blocked from your account and you will only be left with two payment options- Loyalty Points and Debit card/Credit card/EFT. Your account will be unblocked for cash payment after 10 successful online payments. Rescheduling or Cancellation go to “Manage my booking” on your profile or contact service provider with the details that are on your booking confirmation.

Late arrivals- there is grace period of 15 minutes and anything more than that is a no show unless you inform the service provider on time that you will be running late.

Travel services cancellation policy- our packages are non-refundable deposits for personal reasons (voluntary) cancellation and proof must be provided for clear and obvious unforeseen circumstances such death, hospitalization and loss of immediate family member within the travel window for refund. Note that not all refunds can be cash, some can be vouchers that can be used on the specified airline or property. We are mediators between our clients and service providers for further information kindly visit the airline or cruise or train or bus or property for their terms and condition on refunds.

Cancellation due to COVID-19 travel ban or lockdown is fully refundable in cash or voucher by the service provider (airline/cruise/bus/property etc.) or postponed, we highly recommend a purchase of comprehensive travel insurance for international travels and fully flexible package for domestic travel.

Events cancellation policy- generally a ticket can be canceled 72 hours before the event with the valid reason for cancellation but each event comes with a different cancellation policy. For event cancellation due to COVID-19 lockdown restrictions and thunder or hail storms (dangerous weather) all tickets will be fully refunded. In case of event rescheduling or postponement tickets may be reserved for the new dates.
